Founded on 17 January 2026
The association “Legal Incubator — Bulgaria” (Сдружение „Правен инкубатор — България“) was founded in Sofia by seven individuals under the Bulgarian Non-Profit Legal Entities Act, for an indefinite term and with activity in the public benefit.
Governance
A Management Board of three members with two co-chairs who represent the association jointly.
General Assembly
The supreme body, which meets regularly twice a year and adopts the annual programme and reports.
Registered seat
Sofia, Vitosha district, Manastirski Livadi, 31 Bratya Bakston Blvd.
Transparency
The Statute is publicly available, together with the annual activity reports.
